1. Return Request Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to process any return requests.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed. It should also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as it was received.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault on our part or the product is damaged upon arrival. In the case of damaged items or errors in fulfillment, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Return Address

Returns must be sent to our return address in Europe. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to this location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return is successfully received.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@denim-vest.com. We will arrange for a return and cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will offer you a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as undergarments or other intimate apparel. Please check the product description for any return restrictions.
